Yes. My lessons are calm, structured and tailored to your confidence level so you feel safe and in control behind the wheel.
Do I need any driving experience before my first lesson?
No. My lessons suit complete beginners through to test-ready drivers. I'll tailor each session to your current skill level.
What happens in my first lesson?
In your first lesson I'll get a feel for your current skill level, help you build confidence and comfort in the vehicle, and introduce the key driving fundamentals at a pace that suits you.
What do I need to bring to my lessons?
Your valid Learners permit or licence. Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable enclosed footwear (no sandals or thongs) for safety.
How many lessons do I need?
It depends on your experience, confidence and practice outside of lessons. Some drivers need only a few sessions; others benefit from more structured training to reach VORT-ready standard.
How do I book a lesson?
All available times are shown in real time via my booking system, simply pick a time that suits you. If you don't see a suitable time that works, get in touch and I may still be able to fit you in.
What is the VORT test?
The VORT (Vehicle on Road Test) is a practical driving assessment used in South Australia to determine if a learner is ready for a provisional licence. It assesses real-world driving skills, awareness and safety.
Can I book a lesson before my VORT?
Yes, we highly recommend a pre-test warm-up lesson to build confidence and ensure you are performing at test-ready standard. Our package includes a 60-minute warm-up and use of our vehicle for your VORT.
Do you provide the vehicle for lessons and VORT tests?
Yes. Lessons and VORT tests can be completed in my vehicle, which is fully insured and dual-controlled.
What type of vehicle do you have?
Lessons are conducted in a modern automatic Mazda CX-30 with dual controls. 5-star ANCAP safety rating with AEB, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, traffic sign recognition, reverse camera + sensors, driver attention alert, tyre pressure monitoring, electronic stability, traction control and 7 airbags.
Do you offer pickup and drop-off?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off is available from home, school or work within a reasonable local area. We can return you to your pre-determined location after your lesson.
What areas do you service?
I teach across the Western Suburbs of Adelaide. If you're outside my service area, get in touch and I'll see what I can do.
Do you offer night lessons?
Yes. If you don't see a suitable time available, get in touch and I'll see if I can fit you in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Lessons can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations, missed lessons or no-shows forfeit the full payment. Life happens, so if you have extenuating circumstances, please get in touch and we'll sort it out.
What happens if we are involved in an accident?
Your safety is my priority. My vehicle is fully insured and I carry public liability and indemnity insurance. I'll follow the appropriate safety and reporting procedures, contact your parent, guardian or next of kin, and engage Emergency Services where required.
